Every voice matters to drive nature recovery in the Tees Valley

Our Partnership is Growing

New partners join us because they too are driven by the belief that collaboration is key. Together, we are building a powerful collective voice to ensure the Tees Valley’s natural environment remains vibrant and resilient for generations to come.

Be Part of a Positive Regional Movement

The Tees Valley has extraordinary natural assets, from the estuary and coastline to the surrounding countryside and hills. TVNP exists to help protect, restore and celebrate these landscapes while making the region an even better place for people and nature to thrive.

By joining the partnership, your organisation becomes part of a collaborative effort to create long-term environmental, social and economic value for the Tees Valley.

Supporting Nature Recovery

TVNP supports projects and initiatives that help restore and enhance the natural environment across the Tees Valley — from coastal habitats and wetlands to urban nature and community-led initiatives.

Members have opportunities to contribute to projects, share expertise and help develop new approaches that benefit the region.

Collaboration Across Sectors

One of the strengths of TVNP is its ability to bring together organisations that do not always work closely together. Industry, regulators, environmental organisations and communities can work through challenges collectively and develop practical solutions.

Shaping the Future of the Tees Valley

Members contribute to conversations that help shape environmental priorities and strategic initiatives across the region. This includes collaboration on major programmes such as nature recovery planning, estuary partnerships, and investment-ready environmental projects.

A Strong Regional Network

TVNP provides a trusted space for organisations to connect, share knowledge and build partnerships. Members gain access to a regional network of organisations working across biodiversity, industry, planning, research, and community engagement.

Why join the Nature Partnership?

The Tees Valley Nature Partnership (TVNP) brings together organisations from across industry, public bodies, environmental organisations, academia and communities to support nature recovery and sustainable growth across the Tees Valley.

By working collaboratively, we can address environmental challenges, unlock investment, and create opportunities that benefit both people and nature.
