This form enables Board members to declare any personal, professional, financial or organisational interests which could influence, or be perceived to influence, their role on the TVNP Governance Board.
 Declarations ensure transparency, accountability and good governance. Board members must complete this form annually and update it whenever circumstances change.

The TVNP Governance Board provides strategic leadership, oversight and accountability for the Tees Valley Nature Partnership. It ensures that TVNP delivers its vision for a nature -rich, resilient and prosperous Tees Valley, integrating environmental recovery with economic growth, community wellbeing and industry collaboration.

Tees Valley Nature Partnership (TVNP) is currently hosted by Tees Valley Wildlife Trust (TVWT). While TVNP operates as a distinct partnership, certain administrative and operational functions may be supported by TVWT. Personal data collected through TVNP activities (including website enquiries, event registrations and partnership engagement) may be shared with Tees Valley Wildlife Trust where necessary.

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of all members of the TVNP Governance Board. Its purpose is to ensure the Board operates with integrity, transparency, and professionalism, creating a culture of trust that supports effective leadership of the Partnership and the delivery of its objectives.
